Job Summary

Job objective(s) 1. Proper management of customers is necessary to ensure new businesses are won and existing businesses are maintained and grown. 2. Responsible for growing team revenues along defined income lines. 3. Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for the department. 4. Establish, develop, and manage relationships with clients. 5. Establish, develop, and manage relationships with vendors. 6. Supervisory responsibility for effective communication of activities and reports to internal and external targets 7. Participate actively in the resolution of escalated conflicts with clients (both internal and external). 8. Complete ad hoc or planned projects, research works, and other initiatives as directed by senior management from time to time. 9. Contribute to the development of the group’s business and relationship management strategies. 10. Prepare and track budget performance for the department. 11. Ensure adequate staffing for the department. 12. Actively contribute to the development of the team through the sharing of information, coaching, and support. 13. Generate periodic dashboard reports for senior management.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Grow assigned clients market share on all our processing platforms
  • Grow income from sale of all products and services offered to clients within the Financial Institution space
  • Provide Executive Reports
  • Client relationship management
  • Initiate and/or mid-wife new businesses related scheme projects or initiatives
  • Supervise ROs duties to ensure productivity
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
 
  • Generate project income from all projects marketed and implemented within defined KPI period
  • Generate income from sale of all products and services offered to clients within the Financial Institution space
  • Grow assigned clients market share on all our processing platforms

Requirements

University Education:   First Degree or its equivalent in Marketing or Business Administration or Humanities

Others:  

Professional Qualifications – MBA and/or Other Marketing or Card related Professional Qualifications – added advantage

Experience:   Minimum of 10 years working experience in Marketing or Sales function in reputable organization(s)
