Job Summary

Marketing and sales of UP’s VAS products and services to financial institutions, corporates and individuals to ensure set targets are met

Job Details

1. Development of existing & new businesses/ Strategic Partnerships for business growth 

2. To develop Roadmap and Marketing Plan for introduction/enhancement of services 

3. Ensure continued growth of Unified Payment market share in the VAS sector 

4. To monitor and analyze market, market trends and technologies locally and globally 

5. Supervise relationship management practices by R. Os with existing billers to grow the prevailing businesses 

6. Monitor and ensure stakeholder management - Retailers, shared Agents, Biller aggregators, vendors, banks, consumers, platforms as well as products.

 7. Ensure staff appraisals, team meetings and personal development programs are in place for the team 

8. Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with various billers & agents 

9. Ensures all department projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objective as well as ensure cost are kept in line with budget. 

10.Preparing monthly report showing the various income lines which is presented to management 

11.Product Development & Optimization Management. 

12.Carry out Market research and discovery as well as Departmental budgeting and forecasting 

13.Hire temporary and permanent employees as business need dictates

Requirements

 Experience: 10 -15 years’ relevant experience, with 3-4 years heading a team
