Job Summary
The Relations officer, Public Sector is to work with the HOD Public Sector to ensure Unified Payment’s revenue growth and profitability as Acquirer and Payment Solutions Service Provide (PSSP), including provision of customized applications, for government owned Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs). He/She is to also work with the business team in developing existing business and new business, which include, development of customized solutions through user requirements and process flows for the expansion of customer base for existing business and onboarding of new businesses.
Job Details
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Work with the HOD, Public Sector for all Acquiring and PSSP offerings of the company which include products development and sales of payment solutions to all Government owned revenue generating parastatals.
2. Work closely with IT/Operations and other business teams to develop/upsell existing business and identify and pursue new business opportunities for Unified Payment’s offerings to Government owned parastatals.
3. Preparation and presentation of business proposals to all prospective clients, development of user requirements, process flow, for customized solutions to strategic Public institutions.
4. Work with the Products development teams and Unified Payments Management team to establish, manage and report on performance indicators and success criteria for Unified Payments’ Payment infrastructure and services to Public institutions.
5. Provide support for all other departmental activities/tasks as may be required by the HOD.
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
First Degree in Business, Marketing or other related courses.
Professional Qualifications and/or MBA will be added advantage
Experience: 2 - 6 years post NYSC experience
