Job Summary

Marketing and sales of Payarena Mall services to clients and to ensure financial targets are met

Job Details

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Win new business and manage relationship with clients to grow the existing business 

2. Handles the development and implementation of new client projects end to end 

3. Conducts periodic review of existing product documentation and ensure they align with new business objective or regulatory directives. 

4. Help to ensure that products/service functionalities are 100% in line with organizational objectives. 

5. Ensure Payarena Mall services offered adhere to the appropriate regulatory standards, policies and circulars. 

6. Prepare documentation for transaction processing service i.e. product papers, Standard Operating Manuals, Service Level agreements/business agreements. 

7. Prepare internal/external correspondences such as memos, letters, proposals etc. 

8. Provide support for all other departmental activities/tasks as may be required by the HOD

Requirements

Education: 

  University degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience: 

 3 - 6 years in Marketing & Sales of financial services
