Job Summary

Marketing and sales of UP’s transaction processing, Transfers (Inbound and Outbound), PTSA and Switching Services to other (non-Banks) financial institutions and to ensure financial targets are met.

Job Details

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Winning new business and manage relationships with clients to grow the existing business 

2. Handles the development and implementation of new client projects end to end 

3. Conducts periodic review of existing product documentation and ensure they align with new business objective or regulatory directives. 

4. Preparing monthly/weekly/daily reports showing the various income lines which is presented to management 

5. Ensure all services (transaction processing, transfers, PTSA and Switching) offered adhere to the appropriate regulatory standards, policies and circulars. 

6. Ensure the team prepares documentation for all services i.e. product papers, Standard Operating Manuals, Service Level Agreements/Business Agreements. 

7. Ensure continued growth of Unified Payment market share in the Ecommerce/Fintech industry. 

8. Manage relationships with existing clients to grow the prevailing businesses. 

9. Supervise the day-to-day activities of all team members in line with KPIs to achieve set financial targets. 

10. Ensure team members are motivated and work cordially with each other. 

11. Set the KPIs of team members and conduct their appraisals at the required intervals. 

12. Provide support for all other departmental activities/tasks as may be required by the Group Head.

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience: 7 -11 years’ relevant experience, with 3-4 years heading a team
