Job Summary
• Forwarding of all bank jobs to issuing team • Send daily report on card requests to banks • Dispatch cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank • Prepare monthly billing report for cards request by banks to account unit • Delivery of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank
Job Details
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Forwarding of all bank jobs to issuing team to generate
- Capturing of daily card and PIN requests from banks into a tracker
- Sending of daily report on card requests to banks
- Recording of all jobs in their different cards collection register
- Ensuring all registers are be signed by card factory
- Ensuring Card movement folder from card factory is signed
- Sending of weekly reports to all banks on Mondays
- Preparing of monthly billing report for cards request by banks to account unit
- Dispatching of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank
- Delivery of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank
- Filling and signing of all bank request forms according to the card.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of OND in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of cognitive experience in a reputable organization.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
- Excellent data entry and typing skills
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
