Job Summary

• Forwarding of all bank jobs to issuing team • Send daily report on card requests to banks • Dispatch cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank • Prepare monthly billing report for cards request by banks to account unit • Delivery of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank

Job Details

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Forwarding of all bank jobs to issuing team to generate 
  • Capturing of daily card and PIN requests from banks into a tracker 
  • Sending of daily report on card requests to banks 
  • Recording of all jobs in their different cards collection register 
  • Ensuring all registers are be signed by card factory 
  • Ensuring Card movement folder from card factory is signed 
  • Sending of weekly reports to all banks on Mondays 
  • Preparing of monthly billing report for cards request by banks to account unit 
  • Dispatching of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank 
  • Delivery of cards to the authorized card collectors from the bank 
  • Filling and signing of all bank request forms according to the card. 

Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS 

  • Minimum of OND in any discipline. 
  • 1-2 years of cognitive experience in a reputable organization.  
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications 
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles 
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills 
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills 
  • Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately 
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
